Acerola, Reishi, Betaglucan, Maitake, Coriolus, all work fantastic for me, I feel full of energy and very well. Even several years of high bad cholesterol has returned to normal for me. I started taking mushrooms when I learned during a preventive mammogram that I had cancer, fortunately in the very beginning, hormone dependent. I changed my diet completely, making smoothies every morning with curly kale, kiwi, pomegranate, cucumber, and several types of seeds. I've switched to a vegetarian diet.
