I started taking it after having trouble sleeping, apparently due to impending menopause. It's gotten a lot better and I'm sleeping well. Sometimes the night is worse, but there is no comparison with the previous state. If some hot flashes and such ever set in, I probably won't even know it, I'm fine for now and maybe MycoMeno is contributing to that too.
